Returns & Refund Policy

At ReTime Atelier, each timepiece is a handcrafted creation, carefully assembled from restored vintage movements and custom components. Due to the unique nature of our watches, we maintain a transparent and fair return policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • The watch must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging must be included

  • The item must not show any signs of damage or modification

Because each watch is individually crafted, custom or personalized orders are non-returnable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized watches

  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling

  • Watches that have been altered or serviced by a third party

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

5. Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your watch arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

We will offer:

  • Replacement (if possible)

  • Repair

  • Or a full refund

7. Important Notice

All watches sold by ReTime Atelier are custom-built from vintage movements and may show minor signs of age consistent with their history. These characteristics are not considered defects, but part of the watch’s unique identity.
